Their lush exotic mass of beautiful foliage contrasts well against brick, stone or wood surfaces and can also provide screening or privacy to any outdoor living area. Use of no-hole planting containers has made lotus one of the easiest and most versatile plants to care for in any pond. Depending on the size of the pond, containers ranging in size from 23 x 10 to 36 x 12 will provide plenty of room for maximum growth but dont hesitate to use one larger if the pond can accommodate it.
