Submerged Plants - Bare Roots!

Growing below the surface, oxygenators or submerged plants help combat algae growth by consuming nutrients from the water.

And while improving water quality via the photosynthetic process of emitting oxygen, provide cover and spawning areas for fish.

Submerged but unrooted bright feathery green foliage.
Easy to grow.
Weighted.




’Anacharis’

Whirls of deep green leaves.
Occasionally sends tiny white flowers to the surface.
Weighted.




’Parrot Feather’

Zone 6

Unrooted feathery medium-green foliage grows above and below the surface.
Softens the hard edge of the pond.
Spreading habit makes this excellent for new ponds.




’Dwarf Red Stemmed Parrot Feather’

Zone 5

Unrooted feathery foliage resembles Myriophyllum aquaticum but is much more delicate and lacy.
Red stems are brilliant.
